Our IT training is classroom based, and uses a method where delegates only attend the lessons they have been recommended to attend. With each lesson averaging just 1 hour in length, they can jump onto their lesson and jump off it to return back to their desks and immediately put into practice what they have just leant. We do not use course manuals, but instead a unique system called 'jogger cards' that aid knowledge retention.
